Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we require proof that the item is defective or damaged, such as photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. All other sales are final.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. Customers have 1 hour from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. However, please note that due to our fast processing times, some orders may already be in the shipping pipeline by the time we respond to your request.

If your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible. Refunds for approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Please note that the cost of shipping protection is non-refundable.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that a processing fee of 7% of the total value paid will be deducted from the refund, and we are unable to refund the shipping cost.

Refund Policy for Failed Deliveries

In cases where a delivery fails and the order is returned to us, our logistics partner may automatically resend the order to the customer once it arrives at our warehouse. When this happens, the customer will receive a new tracking number to monitor the progress of the reshipped order.

Please note:

  • Refund Requests: If you would like to request a refund for a failed delivery, you must do so while the order is still in transit back to our warehouse. Once the order has been reshipped to you, we cannot process a refund.

  • Tracking Updates: The new tracking number will be sent to you upon reshipment, ensuring you can track the progress of your order.

Refund Policy: Processing Fee and Shipping Costs

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing and issuing refunds. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable. This is because shipping services are provided by third-party carriers, and once the shipment has been initiated, these costs cannot be recovered.
